Visual Inspiration: From Childhood Curiosity to Creative Passion
Early Influences: Growing up, I was constantly drawn to the visual elements around me—whether it was my mom's eclectic wardrobe, home decor, or nature's color palette. This fascination turned into hours of curating visual inspiration on Pinterest.
The Spark: After watching The Devil Wears Prada and immersing myself in the world of design and aesthetics, I realized how powerful visual storytelling could be, and I wanted to dive deeper into that world.
Internship Experience: I completed a two-month internship at a creative agency in London, where I had the opportunity to see how visual concepts and creativity are brought to life in real-world campaigns.
Now: Today, I continue to work alongside creative professionals, assisting with visual direction and helping to turn ideas into compelling, cohesive designs. I'm constantly inspired by the power of visuals to tell meaningful stories.
Outdoor Adventures: Nature is My Playground
Portland Roots: Born and raised in Portland, Oregon, I grew up surrounded by nature—whether it’s trail running, hiking, or just taking in the beauty of the Pacific Northwest.
Skiing: Introduced to skiing at age 7 by my dad, I went from alpine racing in high school to freeriding with the UO team. Skiing is my favorite winter escape.
Travel: The World is Calling
12 Countries and Counting: I’ve traveled to twelve countries so far with an ultimate goal to visit every country before I turn thirty. A few years abroad are definitely in my future plans.
Language Love: From Spanish to Italian
Spanish Fluency: Fluent in Spanish thanks to an immersion program in elementary school and a study-abroad trip to Merida, Mexico, at age 10.
Italian Adventures: My love for languages led me to Italian at the University of Oregon. What started as a fun elective became a minor, leading me to spend a transformative summer in Italy.
Funny Bits: Just for Fun
Irrational Fears:
Birds. They're just... too unpredictable.
Swimming in large bodies of water where big animals can stare at me like a breath mint.
Owning a minivan one day. I don’t know why, but it feels like the ultimate middle-age crisis move.
Random Fact: I’m usually up for anything—running, working out, meeting up with friends, or planning my next trip—but my real favorite thing to do? Curling up in bed with tea and binge-watching Sex and the City. It’s the balance I never knew I needed.
